Warranty
When used as recommended, in closed hot water heating
systems, all Runtal hydronic radiators carry a five year
(from date of first operation, OR from six months
after date of shipment, whichever comes first) LIMITED
WARRANTY covering defects in original manufacture. If
such a defect is suspected, Runtal North America, Inc. must
be immediately notified by Registered Mail. The existence of
such a warranted defect shall be determined solely by Runtal
North America, Inc., or by its authorized representative.
Runtal North America, Inc. may, at its election, determine
to repair or replace the unit (NO REMOVAL, SHIPPING, OR
INSTALLATION EXPENSE ARE REIMBURSABLE).
NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXISTS FOR RUNTAL
RADIATORS. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED
(EXCEPT IN STATES WHERE THIS EXCLUSION IS NOT PERMITTED) FOR
ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
This warranty is null and void if the product was improperly
installed, or operated incorrectly.
Runtal North America, Inc. is not responsible for the
effects of water quality or any additives placed in the
heating system.
