Online Store Runtal offers the following radiators to be purchased online:
Orders shipped to MA addresses will be charged 6.25% sales tax. Return & Shipping Policy Return Policy We only accept returns of products purchased from Runtal directly. Only stock products and finishes can be returned. This includes the UF series baseboard and wall panels in white, towel radiators in white, the Fain in stainless and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome. Items must be returned within 30-days from the purchase date in the original packaging and it is the customer's responsibility for return shipping charges. All stock returns are assessed at a 20% restocking charge. Products in standard (other than Runtal White), optional, and metallic finishes are custom-made and are not returnable. Shipping We ship our
products though the 48 contiguous states either by Ground
UPS or by Common Carrier. There is a charge of $40 per
product for those items that may be shipped UPS and $150 for
the first product and $40 for each additional product for
those items that must be shipped by common carrier. Shipping
of radiator and towel radiator accessories is at no charge. For
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please call customer
service at 1-800-526-2621 or for Canada 1-888-829-4901 for a
quote. Stock white is usually shipped the next day and all
other colors within 2-3 weeks.
